Outage continues no ETA on resolution yet.

One of our SANs, the hardware that contains the drives for the cloud, has had problems with the primary controller. The controller is what connects the SAN to the cloud.  This has been located and technicians deployed to initiate repairs.  There is no timeframe for when the repairs will take effect.  More updates will be posted as information comes available.

We want to get rid of your tech worries and the best way we can do that is to get you to ask us your questions.
It does not matter what your questions are about as long as they are tech and internet related. The more questions we get, the more answers we can provide. We will reply directly as soon as we can and we will also group the questions and answers to share with out subscription members when we have enough to share.

So, ask away in the forms on this website.
We can't wait to hear from you.

Although it is not ideal news however the module is being replaced and once this is done a series of testing will take place and on completion of that the rebooting of the servers will take place.
The servers will probably come online in a staggered pattern to avoid overloads so we don't expect our websites to be up for at least another 12hrs. We thank you for your patience while we work through this.
